Couples Therapy

Designed to help you understand and change the patterns that keep you stuck.
Couples Therapy: 45 minute Telehealth sessions. ​If you find yourselves having the same conversations, experiencing repeated conflict, or feeling disconnected despite your efforts, this work focuses on creating clarity, structure, and meaningful change over time.

​Who This Is For
  • Communication difficulties, not feeling heard or understood
  • Emotional disconnection, unresolved conflict

Assessment: 

We start with one session together as a couple, followed by individual sessions with each partner. This allows for a clear understanding of your relationship dynamics, history, and recurring patterns so I can understand what is and isn't working and how we can fix it collaboratively.

Progress Tracking: 

Quiz style assessments in a private portal are used to evaluate individual and relationship functioning, including areas such as relationship satisfaction, depression, and anxiety. This helps guide treatment and track meaningful progress over time.

Weekly Sessions: 

We begin with consistent weekly sessions to build momentum and establish some progress.

As meaningful change occurs outside of sessions, frequency is adjusted, transitioning to biweekly or monthly.

Between-Session Work:  

You will be provided with evidence-based tools and structured practices to apply between sessions, both individually and as a couple. This may include guided exercises, targeted assignments, and practical strategies designed to support lasting change.  Progress is reflected in how these changes integrate into your daily life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Approach: 

Our work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a research-supported approach focused on identifying patterns and shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviors toward effective, solution-focused change.


When Weekly Therapy Is the Right Fit: 

Weekly sessions are often appropriate for couples who prefer a steady and consistent pace with ongoing support and accountability. 

For couples who want a more focused format, extended sessions (couples intensives) are available to create deeper progress in a shorter period of time. See Couples Intensives.

Sessions are $200 per 45-minute Telehealth session

HSA cards are accepted. Not covered by insurance.
